TRMP - PRESS ROOM

The Role Model Program Chosen As Beneficiary At L.E.A.D All Access Charity Ball

Over 600 young adult leaders from across the Bay Area will gather at the San Jose Museum of Art this Saturday night for the inaugural L.E.A.D (Leading Entrepreneurs and Architects of Dreams) All Access Charity Ball. The Ball will celebrate the power of youth leadership through action while supporting The Role Model Program, a youth mentoring program dedicated to helping underserved youth achieve a better future through education.

L.E.A.D. was founded in 2008 by a group of young adults from various socioeconomic, professional, and cultural backgrounds -- who believed, from their very own experiences, that leadership is defined and characterized not by one industry, one job or one person, but rather, through the collaboration of diverse individuals and leaders across an extensive network who share one common vision.

The Role Model Program is the lead classroom based mentoring program in the Bay area dedicated to helping underserved youth achieve their greatest potential through education.

“We are thrilled to be partnered with such a vibrant, committed organization and are grateful to be chosen as the inaugural charity beneficiary” stated executive director Marybeth Affleck-Nacey.

The event, scheduled to be held at the San Jose Museum of Art, 110 Market Street, San Jose, CA will begin at 6pm. Tickets are 30.00 at the door. Semi formal attire is required, tennis shoes are welcome!
