Each academic year, over 5000 at risk students master the skills, learn hope, and meet the role models required to reach successful futures.
Our programs are working: students who otherwise would drop out of school decide to graduate after the Role Model Program; a life goal to "graduate from a university" increased by 18%; 83% increased their awareness of career opportunities and learn of a place for them in the labor market; and 90% increased their understanding of the importance of education in their lives.
The Role Model Program is offered free of charge to Santa Clara County elementary and middle schools. By sponsoring a Role Model classroom, you provide us with the means to continue our initiatives. Your contribution is tax deductible with the IRS.
